Initiating the Integration
A user can initiate the connection from the "Integrations" tab in the "Company Management" menu within their Company. From here, they will select the Connect button on the John Deere Operations Center card
Please note that you must have the "Integrations Admin" role at the company in order for the Integration tab to be visible:
Granting Permissions
If you haven’t already, you will be asked to provide org2, ag2, and eq2 permissions to RecovR for Agriculture. These are the required permissions from John Deere for RecovR to access the necessary APIs needed for the integration. If you don’t see this screen, you have probably already approved permissions and will be automatically skipped to the next step:
Selecting the Correct Organization for Integration
You will the be automatically routed back to the RecovR UI and a modal will be displayed asking you to select the organization in John Deere that you would like to connect to the current company in RecovR.
Open the Select Organization dropdown and select the correct organization and click the Next button:
Approving the Connection in John Deere
You will now be automatically routed to the John Deere UI and presented with a modal to approve the connection. Make sure the correct organization is selected. If not, select it from the dropdown. Then, click on the checkbox next to the correct organization's name and click Save.
Complete
Finally, you will be automatically routed back to the RecovR UI and see that the integration is now Active.
