Start by disconnecting the connection in RecovR for going to the Integrations tab under your company and clicking Remove Connection. Make sure to do this for all companies you would like to connect before proceeding to the next step:

In case you ever need to reconnect in the future, it is best to also remove all connection settings from John Deere as well.

Start by logging into John Deere Operations Center and clicking on the Setup tab and then click on Connections:

Once you are on the Connections page, locate the RecovR for Agriculture connection and click Manage:

This will open a modal. Click on the Access tab and then click on the Remove Connection button:

Then, select whether you are removing the connect for a single organization, for partners, or to remove for all. Once you've confirmed your selection, click Remove Connection:

After disconnecting, you make still see a warning in John Deere to “complete incomplete connections.” To get rid of this error, you can click Select Organization in the warning banner which will pull up the RecovR for Agriculture connection card. You can then click on Select Organizations and Remove connection which will remove the warning:
