John Deere Integration Status Error

When viewing your equipment in RecovR, you may notice one or more equipment has the integration status "Error." This means that the equipment was previously connected to an equipment in John Deere that is no longer in the organization's inventory either from being archived or transferred in Operations Center.

Possible options to resolve this include:

  • If the equipment was transferred or archived in error, recreate it or unarchive it in Operations Center. The equipment will automatically be reconnected during the next inventory sync and its integration status will update back to "Active" (see our Inventory Syncing guide for more details)

  • If the equipment was legitimately removed for your Operations Center inventory, you will need to manually remove it from your RecovR inventory by:

    • Using the Transfer Ownership feature to transfer the equipment from your RecovR inventory to another RecovR user

    • Unpairing the equipment and removing it from your company and location if the equipment was not sold or transferred to another user
